Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
These terms govern use of the Clinic Agent platform by clinics and their staff. By creating an account or using the dashboard you agree to them.
The service
Clinic Agent provides an AI receptionist and an admin dashboard for scheduling, messaging, and related front-desk workflows. Availability is provided on a commercially reasonable basis; features may change as the product evolves.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the clinic information you configure (services, hours, providers), for obtaining any patient consents your jurisdiction requires, and for keeping account credentials secure. You must not use the service to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive messages.
Not medical advice
The AI receptionist handles scheduling and general questions. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it escalates anything clinical, sensitive, or urgent to clinic staff. It is not a substitute for a licensed clinician, and in an emergency you should call your local emergency number.
Data & compliance
Handling of health information is governed by our Privacy Policy and, for clinics, the Business Associate Agreement executed at onboarding.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinic Agent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
This is a template; each clinic should review it with its own counsel before relying on it.
