Answer on the number patients already text and call.

Point the agent at your clinic’s phone number and it starts taking SMS and voice calls, with the webhooks wired up automatically the moment you save — no fiddling with Twilio’s console. It’s the same agent on every channel, so a patient can start on a call and finish on WhatsApp without repeating themselves.

Keeping your number is up to you: connect an existing Twilio line, forward your current carrier number to a new voice line, or get a fresh number that answers calls and texts on its own.

WhatsApp runs through a shared Twilio sandbox “doorbell,” and by design no patient health information is ever sent over WhatsApp — the BAA-covered SMS and voice channels carry anything sensitive.

Calendar — Cal.com

It can only offer a time that actually exists.

Availability is read from your Cal.com calendar at the instant the agent is talking to a patient — so it never offers a slot that’s already gone. When the patient picks one, the booking is written straight into Cal.com, and cancellations and reschedules flow back the same way.

Your local calendar stays the source of truth, so if Cal.com has a momentary blip the agent still books the appointment rather than leaving the patient hanging.

EHR — FHIR R4

Keeps your roster in step — without ever writing to your records.

Connect any US Core FHIR R4 server and the agent mirrors your providers, locations and appointment types into a read-only copy. You then link each synced provider to a staff member and each appointment type to a service — an explicit action, never an automatic overwrite. A nightly reconcile keeps the mirror honest, even catching things removed upstream.

This is deliberately read-only: the agent reads your roster, it does not write appointments back into your EHR. Optionally, you can have a doctor’s EHR-side busy time removed from the slots the agent offers, so it won’t double-book over something already in your records.

Connect over the standard SMART Backend Services or OAuth2 client-credentials flow. Credentials are stored as pointers to your secret manager — never as raw keys.

Embed the tenant-branded chat widget on your website and patients can book without leaving the page — every booking event is delivered back to your site over a signed webhook keyed to your clinic.

Connectors also feed a per-doctor dashboard so each provider sees their own booked appointments, kept in sync over a signed outbox. More connectors are on the way.

Safe by construction

Every connection is treated like it touches PHI — because it might.

This is a HIPAA system. Integrations are built to the same bar as the rest of it, not bolted on.

Locked to your clinic

Every query is scoped to your tenant, and one clinic can never see or reach another’s connections or data.

Secrets never leak

Auth keys are stored as pointers to your secret manager; the dashboard shows only key names, never values, and refuses to persist a raw key.

SSRF-guarded egress

Every EHR URL you enter is checked before it’s called and blocked if it resolves to a private or cloud-metadata address.

TLS required

In production, EHR endpoints must be HTTPS, and patient look-ups are recorded as audited disclosures.

Signed webhooks

Website and connector events are signed per clinic, so your site can trust that a booking event really came from us.
